The counselling psychotherapy sessions are strictly confidential, it can be done face to face, over the phone or online. The number of sessions needed can vary from one session to multiple sessions depending on the individual. ATIC has individual therapy rooms for adults, couples and families, group therapy and open studio space, and specifically tailored children’s therapy rooms.
